I'm slackin on the blogs.......

I'll have to admit, I've been a little lazy. I'm doing fine with the diet, but actually posting my day-to-day has been less than inspiring. Here's yesterday's roundup:

Dinner: Mongolian BBQ! This was a little bit of a splurge, but it was Friday night! Anyways, I ate a lot of protein and good veggies. Here's my mix.... Chicken, Beef, Shrimp, Red & Green peppers, Mushrooms, 2 tablespoons of brown rice, and 1/4 cup of sauce (Asian Black bean mixed with terriyaki, yummy!) I estimate my dinner at 800 calories.

Maybe I'll get another workout before I go to sleep. ;)

I can't believe I actually talked myself and Teshia into doing this publicly! Anyways, here is how my morning went.

The first time I stepped on the scale, it lied! I weighed in at 230.6! Holy cow! I was actually depressed! I'd never weighed that much before! I then weighed myself a second time and felt a little better, but still bad! Here's the damage:

I've been having trouble getting the pics to load, so be patient if they don't get posted on this blog.

New Life Resolution!

Hey everyone!

Tonight, I had an epiphany! My wife, Teshia, and I have been wanting and trying to lose weight for a damn long time. We ALWAYS fall off the wagon. Usually, it lasts two weeks. After that, we start craving Blizzards, mexican food, Sausage McMuffins, and all that tasty, fatty shit! Like a lot of people, food comforts us in times when the stress of life starts to pull on your mind. I admit, I fucking love food. I mean, I fucking LOVE to eat me some cheeseburgers, french fries, PIZZA (omg, pizza), and freakin MEXICAN FOOD! But, all that love is really starting to settle in places I don't want it to.

If any of you went to high school with me, you'll remember what a skinny little prick I was! I want the skinny part back ( the prick part is gone forever!). I don't want to be 160 lbs like when I graduated, but I think I'll settle for 190.

190lbs is my goal wait. Oh, and I want some fucking muscles! Not Brock Lesnar muscles, but some respectable toned and slightly larger ones. If any of you have some good workout and nutrition advice, please pass it along!

I will be chronicling my progress until my goal is met. I will post pictures and record what I eat. Please feel free to be critical or encouraging in my path! Please keep my wife and I in your prayers!
